GaussianModel
Gaussian blur DFM model for proximity effect simulation.
Simulates optical proximity effects during lithography by applying a
Gaussian blur to the rasterized geometry. The model produces continuous
values in [0.0, 1.0] representing fabrication probability. Binarization
is controlled by contour_threshold in DfmConfig.
